Our brief-builder uses AI to help structure your project information. Text you enter may be sent to a third-party AI provider (Anthropic) to generate responses. Do not enter sensitive personal or confidential information into the brief tool. Anthropic's own privacy policy governs data processed on their infrastructure.

We share your information only with:

• Service providers who assist in delivering our work (e.g. hosting, email)
• AI infrastructure providers where explicitly required (see Section 4)
• Law enforcement or regulators when required by law

All third-party providers are contractually required to protect your data.

We retain your information only as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy or as required by law. Project-related data is typically retained for up to 3 years after project completion for accounting and legal purposes.
